NAHUAL.

For the Otomi, the term "nahual" designates three different realities: 

1._the alter ego of the human soul.

2._the healer transformed into an animal. 

3._ a specific animal that endangers the lives of newborns during the first months of their existence.

    This info is really important and interesting, especially the alter ego part of the human soul surprised me, I would never have thought it was a reflected alter ego

In the Mexica belief system, Tezcatlipoca was the god of the night, obsidian, the north, and witchcraft, among other concepts.
